Our history and mission

IOK Technology was founded in 2009 from the groundwork of its predecessor, Brown Tool & Die, which was a precision machine shop that was founded in 1940 by Ted Brown. Located in Rising Sun, Indiana, right along the Ohio River, Brown's company manufactured equipment for the United States defense industry throughout World War II. Today, IOK Technology picks up where Brown left off, inheriting the rich history and qualities of the previous company. Our reach today extends far from our home in southern Indiana.

With decades of experience in machining, our machinists and proven quality department ensure only the best outcomes for our customers. We've produced parts for companies around the world, in Germany, Japan, Canada, and of course, the United States. These companies span from aerospace, to medical, to the automotive industry, making our knowledge and resources incredibly versatile.
